My story
Hi, I'm Coach Reg — a Purpose Factor® Licensed Facilitator and EMCC-accredited coach.
At 39, my body gave out. Panic attacks. Health falling apart. Business collapsing. I'd built everything on other people's definitions of success, and it almost took me out.
I had tuned away from my own signal completely.
That's when I heard a voice: "I don't love you for what you do, I love you for who you are."
It took me close to two decades to understand what that voice was trying to tell me. And when I finally put language to my purpose, I realized I'd been living it the whole time. Through every container. In every season. I just couldn't see the pattern connecting all of it.
Putting language to my purpose didn't give me a new identity. It showed me the one I'd always been carrying.
